The Mythos Approach is the art of reframing your life through the hero’s journey. Inspired by Joseph Campbell's literary works, the mythos psychotherapy approach utilizes cognitive behavioral theory and other approaches to alleviate the distress that plagues your mind. It is not just a way to alleviate internal suffering, but it is a way to unlock your potential. It does this by allowing you to tame the dragon within and launch you into your own hero’s adventure.


Mythology can help make sense of things. As a mythologist, a writer, and psychotherapist, I belief that a great deal of fulfillment can come from literature and from following your bliss.

The odds won't always be in your favor. However, it does not mean that you can't succeed. Tales from the past teach us that a person can overcome adversity and defy the perceived outcome.
